With 99 percent of the votes in, per the New York Times, as of 6:10 a.m. EST Wednesday, Romney has 41.1 percent, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum has 37.9 percent. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, has 11.6 percent, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has 6.5 percent.
