Actor Kelsey Grammer has reignited his feud with ex-wife Camille after filing papers seeking sole physical custody of their two children.
Grammer ended his 13-year marriage to the reality TV star last summer and their divorce was finalised in February, days before he wed Brit Kayte Walsh in New York.
Camille, who had previously attacked the Frasier star for rushing into his new relationship, appeared to make peace with the break-up earlier this year by wishing the newlyweds "love and happiness" for the future.
But the former couple is preparing for a new court showdown as they battle over their six-year-old son Jude and nine-year-old daughter Mason.
Grammer filed legal documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday asking for sole physical custody of the kids. He is proposing the exes share legal custody, reports TMZ.com.
Camille was thought to be preparing to file for joint physical and legal custody, although she is now expected to challenge Grammer over his request.
